Sourdough Workshop

Fable is partnering with Abby Koele from Proof Waco–Sourdough Cottage Bakery for a very special sourdough workshop on Wednesday, October 8, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

This two-hour hands-on experience provides a comprehensive guide through each stage of the sourdough bread-making process. Each participant will leave with a jar of sourdough starter, the sourdough workshop instruction guide (includes the why, the how to, recipes, etc), a large bowl with mixed dough ready for fermentation (and baking next day!), and other miscellaneous equipment.

$60 per person.
