As featured in Texas Monthly, Guess Family Barbecue serves brisket, pork spare ribs, beef and pork sausage, chicken and pulled pork, sold by the half-pound; sides of cole slaw, beans, Mexican street corn-on-the-cob, tomato salad or cheese grits, depending on availability. Meat and side dishes all locally sourced. Meat and sides cooked over a fire, not stove or oven. Open Wednesday through Saturday. Currently Guess has a food truck with plans to open a brick and mortar store later this year.
