Waco Cultural Arts Fest Sept. 25-27

The Waco Cultural Arts Fest was started in 2003 and is held the last weekend of September. The festival is free to all and features hands-on activities for all ages, along with visual art and entertainment both day and night. The festival features 50 Artists and over 300 Performers, over three days. Poets, filmmakers, dancers, musicians, performers, and entertainers all have a turn during this eclectic festival. Located at Indian Spring Park, with some activities inside the Waco Convention Center.

The festival has grown to include several “festivals within a festival” including WordFest, {254}dance-fest, ScienceFest, Celebration Africa FilmFest as well as main stage performances, arts demonstrations for all ages and an Art Mart.
