Hotels Under Construction

Here are hotels in the market that are actively under construction. Total rooms: 549.

  • Woodspring Suites – tentative opening date end of June or early July. Near TopGolf.  2320 Creekview,  122 rooms
  • StayAPT Suites – tentative opening date mid-August. Near Cinemark. 2340 Creekview Drive, 88 suites
  • Everhome Suites – possibly opening in December 2024. 122 rooms. 4301 S IH-35.
  • Holiday Inn Express – 104 rooms. 640 sq. ft. of meeting space, 1 meeting room, free wifi, pet friendly, fitness center, free breakfast. 101 Taylor St, Waco, TX 76704
  • Hyatt Place, 301 S. 3rd St. 113 rooms.

WoodSpring Suites and StayAPT Suites are both located behind Cinemark. Everhome Suites is next to the Harley-Davidson dealership. Hyatt Place is located downtown at Third and Mary.
