We are thrilled to welcome attendees to Waco to celebrate 40 years of Texas Downtown at the 2025 Texas Downtown Conference!  This culmination of  years of cultivating and celebrating vibrant downtowns will take place at the Waco Convention Center located in the heart of Waco’s Downtown Cultural District and is connected to the host hotel via a walkway.

As you start making plans to join us for this incredible downtown conference, we would like to give a shout out to our riverfront host hotel, the Hilton Waco (Now Sold Out!) which features the Brazos Grille on-site restaurant. The overflow hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, is nearby, just across the street from the Waco Convention Center. Both hotels are located one mile from the Dr Pepper Museum, Texas Sports Hall of Fame and the Cameron Park Zoo. For your convenience, the Waco Regional Airport is available for your travel needs.
