Cooking with Cultures: Central Mexico

The Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service will be at the South Waco Library to promote dietary diversity with cooking classes that showcase the flavors of different cultures. They’ll demonstrate how to cook each dish while focusing on the culture it represents. The focus for this month’s class is Central Mexico. (And yes, there will be samples!)

This class is free, open to the public, and no registration is required.
