Book a Convention

The Waco Convention & Visitors Bureau sales staff is available to assist you through the process of booking your convention or event.

In addition to booking meetings at the Waco Convention Center, the sales staff can also work with other venues in Waco, including the Extraco Events Complex or hotel meeting space. They work with any type of event that requires hotel rooms, from Baylor school conferences to state association conventions to softball tournaments.
