Brazos River Ribfest

Get ready for Ribs on the River!

The second annual Brazos River Ribfest will be held on the McLane Stadium grounds April 15-17. Rib vendors from across the country will compete for Critic’s and People’s Choice awards.

Returning for this year’s competition is the 2015 Critics’ Choice Winner Chicago BBQ Company, the 2015 Peoples’ Choice Winner Porky Chicks BBQ,  Austin’s Texas Lightning BBQ and  new comers Hickory Road BBQ and Cowboy BBQ & Rib Company.

The weekend will  feature live music on the BaCKyArD Bar & Grill Stage as well as games and inflatables in the City of Waco Kids’ Zone. Plus an Arts Tent featuring workshops from Painting with a Twist and Lowe’s of Waco.

The Merchant Market will feature Barefoot Waco, Pics & Gifts, Morrison’s Gifts, Spent Rounds Designs,Old Dutch Spice House, Cowgirl’s 2 Lace, Universal Windows Direct of Central Texas and Congress Clothing.
