Keep on Truckin’

Food truckin’, that is. You can get anything from hot dogs to gourmet food from the food trucks spread throughout downtown Waco.  Regulars along Austin and Franklin Avenues, on Elm, and at University Parks Drive and Franklin include Xristo’s (greek fare), Dave’s Burger Barn, 900 Degrees Wood Fired Pizzeria, Club Sandwich (Asian fare), Sergio’s (Mexican fare), Common Grounds Coffee Container, Vanilla Bean Bake Shoppe, Boardwalk on Elm (burgers and such), G & K Hot Dogs, What About Wednesday’s (burgers, wraps, and salads), Mrs. Thompson’s Most Wonderful Cupcakes and others.
