National Travel & Tourism Week (NTTW) is an annual tradition to celebrate the U.S. travel community and travel’s essential role in stimulating economic growth, cultivating vibrant communities, creating quality job opportunities, inspiring new businesses, and elevating the quality of life for Americans every day.

Tuesday, May 21:  The Mobile Welcome Center will be outside the Waco Convention Center near the Bosque Theater entrance, where Waco City Council will be in session. Hours: 3 pm – 5 pm.

Wednesday, May 22:  The Mobile Welcome Center will be at the Cameron Park Zoo.  Hours: Afternoon – TBD

Thursday, May 23:  The Mobile Welcome Center will be across from the main entrance to Magnolia Market on 8th St. Hours: 10 am – 3 pm. Tourism staff will also be representing Waco at the Texas Travel Information Center in Denison.

Friday, May 24:  Welcome Center staff will be in Waskom and Gainesville at the Texas Travel Information Centers to talk with visitors about Waco.  Hours: 11 am – 2 pm.

Saturday, May 25:  The Mobile Welcome Center will be at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market. Hours: 9 am – noon.
