Welcome to the perfect home base to experience Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, Extraco Event Center, Lake Waco, and much more. EVERYTHING (almost) is less than 10 minutes away! Settle into our sparkling clean, cozy home in the Dean Highland neighborhood. The space is perfect for 4 adults or a family. You’ll enjoy 3 recliners, RokuTV, porch lights, a full kitchen, bird feeders, a fire pit, a high chair, a crib, coffee choices, coupons, and gift certificates to local businesses. And new lower cleaning fees!

The front bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable foam mattress, a new Roku TV, a closet and a dresser space. The second bedroom includes twin beds with new foam mattresses, a dresser, a small desk with a printer and other desk accessories. The living room includes an electric reclining loveseat, a convertible chair (makes a twin bed), a rocking chair, and an electric recliner to enjoy our 65-inch TV. (It is ridiculous!) Our dining room has a large table with 2 pull-out leaves and 4 chairs. Let us know if you need extra folding chairs. The kitchen has a glass top range, microwave, full fridge/freezer, a one cup & carafe coffee maker with several coffee choices, as well as, all the kitchen utensils you’ll need.

You are welcome to the whole house with the exception of the locked-out rooms across from the laundry room and locked cabinets.

This is our primary residence when we are not traveling. When you travel, we get to travel so thank you for choosing to stay in our home.
Please understand this is a non-smoking house but feel free to smoke outside as long as you clean up your trash. (Only the legal stuff though, this is Texas)
