Welcome to the historic downtown of Waco, TX. There is no better place to stay than this 93-year-old bungalow. This is a perfect house for a quick family weekend away, a girls’ trip, or visiting/ cheering on the Baylor Bears. You have quick access to so many favorite eateries, watering holes, and activities that are sure to keep you busy while you are here. We cannot wait to host you!

The Space
There are 4 bedrooms that allow plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy during their stay. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en suite featuring the original claw foot tub to this 93-year-old home. The kitchen is open to the living room, making it a perfect gathering space for families during their stay. We also have a wonderful deck that is perfect for evenings of relaxing after your busy day.

Guest Access
Our home has a digital access lock that will allow you to unlock the door via the WYZE app. Once booked with us, we will be able to grant you access to the house during your stay.

Other Things to Note
We currently do not allow pets during your stay. This is for protecting the comfort of others that may be allergic.
We also do not allow parties but understand that there may be gathering at the house due to college graduation or game days. If you notify us beforehand, we may be able to accommodate a small gathering. If you have a party/event without our knowledge, you will be charged a $275 violation fee and reported to Airbnb
