Welcome to the Dr Pepper House, one of Waco’s most beautiful and historic homes. Built in 1885 by Wade Morrison, the owner of The Old Corner Drug Store where Dr Pepper was invented,  the home has since been renovated in the early 2000’s by Christian rock singer, David Crowder. We are located less than a mile from the Magnolia Silos, Downtown, and many other Waco attractions. Perfect for families, you will love all that this charming home has to offer!

You will have access to a beautifully restored, 6,000 sq ft home and a sprawling backyard with a pool, hot tub, and cabana. The game room above the garage is also available to guests, offering pool and ping pong!

Not handicap accessible, all entrances require at least a few stairs.
