This course will leave you gasping for air as you go up and down climb after climb, in and out of cedar breaks and into dark bamboo forests. Rocks, roots, limestone ledges, tight twisty turns, short power climbs, narrow bridges, fast descents – this course has it all!

6/11 – Off-Road Triathlon (1000m swim x 18-mile mountain bike x 10K trail run
Sprint (500m swim x 9-mile mountain bike x 5K trail run)
Off-Road Duathlon (5K trail run x 9-mile mountain bike x 5k trail run)

6/12 – Trail Run – 5K/10K/21K
