The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is the story of Christopher Boone, a 15-year-old neurodivergent mathematical prodigy from Swindon, UK, who discovers his neighbor’s dog, Wellington, speared to death in the yard by a pitchfork. Determined to discover who could have performed such a horrendous act—and despite his father’s wishes—Christopher embarks on an inquisitive, spiraling quest that leads to unknown places while unraveling the enigmas of his past, present, and future.
