Beauty for Ashes: Helberg Barbecue Grand Re-Opening WEEKEND (Mar. 8-9th)

Helberg Barbecue hosts GRAND RE-OPENING after over a year of rebuilding post 2023 fire.

Helberg Barbecue, a Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ joint, is celebrating their grand re-opening March 8th and 9th after a devastating 2023 fire.

The event marks the culmination of over a year of rebuilding, fueled by community support and the Helberg family’s faith.

The grand re-opening will take place at their new location at 7809 Hwy 6, Woodway, TX, just outside Waco March 8th and 9th!

The Helberg family invites the community to join them in celebrating this milestone and experiencing their “beauty from ashes” story.

The weekend will feature two days of festivities:

• Saturday, March 8th, from 11 AM to 7 PM, will showcase their award-winning barbecue, most beautiful BBQ Tray contest, live music, and family-friendly activities, including a live broadcast from Waco 100!
• Sunday, March 9th, from 10 AM to 3 PM, will focus on faith and fellowship, with a worship service, special Sunday Fried Chicken Buckets, and a donation event benefiting Together For Good.

Join us March 8th & 9th for a weekend of faith, family and barbecue as we unveil our new building, new menu, and celebrate all that the Lord has done!

The event is free and open to the public.
