Our 800 sq. ft. screened-in river pavilion with a large patio and 1,330 sq. ft. deck (35′ x 38′) overlooking the Brazos River is an ideal place for family and business retreats–only 5 miles north of Waco, TX.
Guests have access to the river for fishing, may use our canoes and kayaks, volleyball net, horseshoe pits, outdoor BBQ pit and ceramic Kamado grill for no additional fee and can qualify for group discounts for Horseback Rides. (We supply the canoe and kayak paddles, life vests, volley ball, horseshoes, firewood for the BBQ pit and lump charcoal for the Kamado grill.)
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a sink with running water, a large wooden table and electric outlets for appliances you may bring. The deck has built-in benches that can seat 30. Three plastic folding tables, 30 plastic folding chairs, a metal patio table with 4 chairs, picnic table with benches for 8 and 12 lawn chairs are also available for no charge.
The pavilion, deck, patio and restrooms are lighted, with ceiling fans inside the pavilion.
