Friday Night Dinner @ Lighthouse Coffee & Wine
The chefs from Barnett’s Public House are out of their kitchen and catering a four-course dinner for Lighthouse guests! The menu changes each week!

- Red, white and blue fruit salad, with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and a lime honey glaze, or red pepper and tomato soup, topped with basil and feta.
- Choice of beef filet with black garlic whiskey glaze, red snapper with garlic lemon herb sauce, or boneless chicken breast with whiskey barbeque sauce, served with haricot verts and garlic mashed potatoes.
